Mold Availability Sample Clauses

Mold Availability. Seller shall ensure availability of primary molds (and secondary molds where required in Schedule D) allowing full production of all Specified Glass Containers by the target dates set forth on Schedule E. To this end, Seller shall also comply for each Specified Glass Container with the intermediate target dates set forth on Schedule E for container design, container engineering, unit mold, mold approval, unit mold sampling, full set mold and mold to production.
