Common use of Modifications to Common Areas Clause in Contracts

Modifications to Common Areas. Landlord shall have the right, in its sole discretion from time to time, to: (a) make changes in the Common Areas and/or the Property, including changes in the location, size, and number of entrances, doors and doorways, corridors and stairs; and (b) use or temporarily close Common Areas for maintenance purposes or in connection with the construction of additional improvements on the Property, so long as Tenant has access to the Premises. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Landlord reserves the right to erect scaffolding and to install, use, maintain, relocate and repair pipes, ducts, conduits, wires and equipment serving the Premises or other parts of the Building.
