Modifications and Enhancements. Licensee may create derivative works of, enhance and otherwise modify the Licensed Materials as set forth in the applicable Schedule. Any such permitted derivative works, enhancements and other modifications to Licensed Materials shall be owned solely and exclusively by Licensee (subject to Licensor’s rights in the underlying Licensed Materials).
