Modifications and Enhancements. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ Mind may provide the Institution with Updates at its discretion. For Updates that are not provided “over the air” for automatic installation, Institution agrees that it is responsible for ensuring that all Updates are downloaded and installed (including on each Symphony Classroom AI Hub and/or Instructor Device, as applicable) in a timely manner. All Updates are deemed to be part of the Symphony Classroom Solution and subject to this Agreement.
