MODIFICATION OF CONTRACT - GENERAL. This contract may be amended as the Procurement Officer and the Contractor mutually agree in writing (subject to any necessary approvals of the Office of the Attorney General, Department of Budget and Management and, in certain cases, the Board of Public Works). No amendment may change significantly the scope of the original solicitation or, if none, the original contract. An amendment to this contract does not alter the other terms of the contract, except to the extent necessary to make them consistent with the amendment. This contract may not be amended to provide salary and wage increases for the Contractor's employees with the intention of making these increases consistent with salary and wage increases given to employees of the State except as provided in the Maryland Code Annotated, Health-General Article, § 10-905.
