MBE GOAL. By submitting a response to this solicitation, the offeror/▇▇▇▇▇▇ agrees that a Maryland Department of Transportation (MDOT) certified minority business enterprise(s) will perform this percentage of the dollar value of the Contract. In the event that two (2) or more offers are determined by the Procurement Officer to be equal, The Maryland Department of Health may award a Contract to the Bidder whose bid reflects the highest percentage of certified MBE participation.
