Mobile App End User License Agreement. The Mobile App End User License Agreement (“Mobile App Agreement”) applies to your access and use of the Mobile App. GoBank has the right to terminate or suspend your access to or use of the Mobile App, with or without notice, in the event that you violate the Mobile App Agreement.
