Misuse of Company Property. a) The Employee shall not use any of the Company’s property including, but not limited to computer equipment and software, for personal use except moderate use of the Internet and email by the Employee, which does not interfere with the performance of their duties, and which does not include the reading or viewing of offensive or illegal material.
