Common use of MISTAKES Clause in Contracts

MISTAKES. The Bidder shall examine this ITB carefully. The submission of a bid shall be prima facie evidence that the Bidder has full knowledge of the scope, nature, and quality of the work to be performed; the detailed requirements of the specifications; and the conditions under which the work is to be performed. Ignorance of the requirements will not relieve the Bidder from liability and obligations under the Contract.
