Common use of Missouri Law Clause in Contracts

Missouri Law. It is the intention of the parties that the laws of Missouri, without reference to the choice of law principles thereof, govern the termination and validity of this Agreement, the construction of these terms and the interpretation of the rights and duties of the parties. Any litigation with respect to this Agreement shall commence in the Circuit Court for the County of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, Missouri or in the U. S. District Court for the Western District of Missouri.
