Common use of Missed Sessions Clause in Contracts

Missed Sessions. (i) If a client misses a session, or doesn’t show up for session, without providing 24 hours notice, then in most cases full payment is still required and a refund will not be offered. (ii) You agree to give 24 hours to cancel or reschedule a session.
