Common use of Minor Maintenance Clause in Contracts

Minor Maintenance. Any minor maintenance will be performed during the lowest traffic time available, usually between the hours of 1:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. Central Time on a weekend and require less than two hours of downtime. Digital River shall provide written notification to Symantec at least 24 hours in advance of such maintenance.
