Common use of MINIMUM WAGE LAWS Clause in Contracts

MINIMUM WAGE LAWS. 18 A. Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and 19 State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the greater of the 20 federal or California Minimum Wage to all its Covered Individuals (as defined within the “Compliance” 21 paragraph of this Contract) that directly or indirectly provide services pursuant to this Contract, in any 22 manner whatsoever. CONTRACTOR shall require and verify that all of its Covered Individuals 23 providing services pursuant to this Contract be paid no less than the greater of the federal or California 24 Minimum Wage.

MINIMUM WAGE LAWS. 18 28 A. Pursuant to the United States of America Fair Labor Standards Act of 1938, as amended, and 19 29 State of California Labor Code, §1178.5, CONTRACTOR shall pay no less than the greater of the 20 30 federal or California Minimum Wage to all its Covered Individuals (as defined within the 31 “Compliance” 21 paragraph of this Contract) that directly or indirectly provide services pursuant to this 32 Contract, in any 22 manner whatsoever. CONTRACTOR shall require and verify that all of its Covered 33 Individuals 23 34 providing services pursuant to this Contract be paid no less than the greater of the federal or California 24 35 Minimum Wage.
