Common use of Minimum Use Clause in Contracts

Minimum Use. Data Recipient shall Use only the minimum amount of Data necessary to perform its obligations related to the Services (the “Minimum Data”). In the event of inadvertent access by Data Recipient to more than the Minimum Data, Data Recipient will: (i) treat all such Data in accordance with this Agreement; (ii) promptly notify Vimient, in accordance with subsection 1(f) below, of such access; (iii) erase, delete, and/or return such Data as quickly as practicable; and (iv) take all necessary actions to prevent further unauthorized access to Data beyond the Minimum Data.
