Minimum Use. Each employee shall take not less than one third of the leave accrued in the current calendar year by December 31st.. An employee shall be exempt from the minimum use requirement to the extent that such use would cause the employee’s personal leave balance to be less than thirty days. Cash in and transfer of leave is not counted towards minimum leave use.
