Minimum Training Sample Clauses

The Minimum Training clause establishes the baseline level of training or qualifications that individuals must possess before performing certain tasks or roles under the agreement. Typically, this clause specifies the required certifications, experience, or training programs that employees or contractors must complete, such as safety courses or technical instruction relevant to the work. Its core function is to ensure that all personnel involved are adequately prepared, thereby reducing the risk of accidents, errors, or non-compliance with regulatory standards.
Minimum Training. A minimum of 40 hours of specialized instruction, beyond the basic polygraph training course requirements, through PCSOT training approved by the APA. In the event an examiner attends and successfully completes the advanced training prior to completing 200 polygraph examinations, the examiner shall participate in an internship program consisting of at least 10 PCSOT examinations, under the supervision of a recognized PCSOT examiner, and upon successful completion of that testing will receive an APA certificate reflecting satisfactory completion of training requirements.
Minimum Training. The Company and the Union agree to establish a joint Company/Union Working Group to review and to mutually agree to Operator Training Guidelines for initial operator certification for field and console operators.
