Common use of Minimum Term, Termination Clause in Contracts

Minimum Term, Termination. 4.6.1 The operation engineering contract term is specified in the service description or Agreement. Unless otherwise agreed, the term starts with the delivery of EXASuite. 4.6.2 If the operation engineering contract is concluded for an indefinite period, it can be terminated - however not before the end of a minimum term agreed between the parties - by giving written notice within three months to the end of a month. 4.6.3 The right of both parties to terminate for cause remains unaffected.
