Common use of Minimum Shift Lengths Clause in Contracts

Minimum Shift Lengths. (a) If you are employed in a classification under Schedule 1 or 2, you will be rostered to work a minimum of three (3) hours per shift. (b) If you are employed in a classification under Schedule 3 or 4, you will be rostered to work a minimum of four (4) hours per shift.
