Minimum Screening. | At a minimum, Cutover must procure that its third party screening provider performs the relevant checks on its Screened Personnel as set out in the following table (such minimum requirements are in addition to Cutover’s obligations to conduct pre-employment checks in accordance with applicable law, including right to work checks and ID documentation verification). 10.1 Customer Data | Customer shall own all right, title and licence in and to all of its Customer Data (that is not Personal Data) and shall have sole responsibility for the legality, reliability, integrity, accuracy and quality of all such Customer Data. In using the Subscription Service, Customer shall retain all right, title and licence in and to the Customer Data.
