Minimum School Facilities. The Board shall provide: A. A desk, filing cabinet and chair for each teacher. B. A telephone for teachers to use relative to their teaching assignments in addition to those used mainly for secretarial and/or administrative purposes, with reasonable effort made to assure privacy. C. A teacher work area for use in the preparation of instructional materials. D. A room to be reserved for the use of teachers as a faculty lounge. E. A staff restroom, separate from the students' restrooms.
