Common use of Minimum Quantities Clause in Contracts

Minimum Quantities. PRIVATE LABEL PRODUCTS ONLY 6.1 Minimum Quantity In each Year the Customer will place Orders for at least the Minimum Quantity (as defined in the Agreement Details) of each Private Label Product. The Supplier reserves the right to review and amend the Minimum Quantity per Year of each Private Label Product after the expiry of the Initial Term. In the absence of any notification from the Supplier, the Minimum Quantities from the previous Year will continue to apply.
