Minimum Quality Standards. The Company and the Buyer have agreed to adopt various procedures and processes of the Buyer. Failure to comply with Buyer's procedures and processes shall be deemed a warranty failure and the Company shall reimburse Buyer for all reasonable costs connected with obtaining products which meet its minimum quality standards.
