Effluent Quality. The effluent quality shall be guaranteed not to exceed the values specified in Section 3.3 of CSC's Specification No. FGD-35W5S01. LD: US$100,000 will be added if any one or more of the species in the treated effluent exceeds the respectively guarantee values stated above.
