Minimum Fee. ‌ The minimum fee for a Resident Choreographer shall be as required by Clause 13:01 and the per performance royalty shall be no less than the royalty required under Clause 9:03. 10:00 PAYMENT OF FEES ‌ Preamble‌ For the purpose of Article 10:00, "fee" is defined to include all money owed to the Artist including contractual weekly fee, payment for additional services, per diem and any other compensation included in the Agreement.
