Common use of Minimum Fee for the Project Highway Clause in Contracts

Minimum Fee for the Project Highway. Upon commissioning of the Additional Tollway, the Concessionaire shall continue to collect the Fee, and shall not offer any discounts or reductions in such Fee except with the prior written consent of the Authority; provided that the Concessionaire may continue, in the same form and manner, any discounts or reductions that it had offered to any general or special class of Users or vehicles for a continuous period of three years prior to the opening of the Additional Tollway to traffic.
