MINIMUM ENTITLEMENTS. Nothing in this Agreement is intended to limit the Executive’s minimum entitlements under the Act. The Executive will at all times receive and be entitled to receive the Executive’s minimum entitlements under the Act. In the event of a conflict between this Agreement and the Executive’s minimum entitlements under the Act, which conflict is to the detriment of the Executive, the minimum entitlements under the Act will apply to the extent of the conflict. Without limiting the foregoing, nothing in this Agreement is intended to permit the Company to terminate the Executive for any reason that is prohibited by the Act.
