Common use of Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Minimum Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. Permit the Consolidated Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as determined as of the last day of each Fiscal Period, to be less than 1.50:1.00.
