Common use of Minimum Class Size Clause in Contracts

Minimum Class Size. The College will have a minimum class size of eleven (11) or 50% of the maximum enrollment, whichever is less, for a class to proceed as a regular class. This will apply to over load and summer classes and excludes the Winter Session.
