MINIMUM BILLING. All invoices are subject to a minimum billing charge of $35.00, inclusive of freight charges. Cardinal reserves the right to cube and reweigh shipments and items for proper Chargeable Weight despite the declaration of weight on the shipping document. All skid freight shipments are subject to cube and reweigh by Cardinal.
