MINIMUM BILLING. All orders are subject to a minimum billing of $50, exclusive of transportation or other costs. Some products have minimum quantity purchase requirements.
MINIMUM BILLING. Minimum billing for any Products sold by Seller shall be such amount as Seller may, from time to time, specify, if not so specified, then $250.00 net.

CUBE / REWEIGH Cardinal reserves the right to cube and reweigh shipments and items for proper Chargeable Weight despite the declaration of weight on the shipping document. All skid freight shipments are subject to cube and reweigh by Cardinal.
MINIMUM BILLING. The minimum charge per order by Eaton to the Buyer is one thousand (1000) XXX. For orders of Supplies with a value lower than one thousand (1000) XXX, a handling charge will apply resulting in an overall minimum price of one thousand (1000) XXX to be paid by the Buyer unless noted differently by Eaton on the Acceptance.

MINIMUM BILLING. Orders less than one thousand (1000) PLN will be assessed a shipping and handling charge of ten (10) % of the price of the order, with a minimum charge of one hundred (100) PLN, unless noted differently by Eaton in the Acceptance.
