Common use of Minimum Base Salary Clause in Contracts

Minimum Base Salary. The Executive's minimum base salary (the "Minimum Base Salary") shall be a monthly rate of $29,167 (or $350,000 annualized), payable in accordance with the Company's normal payroll practices for its executive officers.
