Common use of Minimum and Maximum Shift Clause in Contracts

Minimum and Maximum Shift. No employee will be scheduled to a regular shift of less than two (2) consecutive hours. No employee shall be scheduled to a regular shift of greater than ten point-two-five (10.25) hours.
