Milestone Notices. Sanofi-aventis shall provide ImmunoGen with prompt written notice upon each occurrence of a milestone event set forth in Section 4.4.1. In the event that, notwithstanding the fact that sanofi-aventis has not given such a notice, ImmunoGen believes any such milestone event has occurred, it shall so notify sanofi-aventis in writing and shall provide to sanofi-aventis data, documentation or other information that supports its belief.
