Milestone Closing. Subject to the terms of Section 5, the closing of the sale and purchase of the Milestone Shares under this Agreement (the "Milestone Closing") shall be held on the date specified by the parties within thirty (30) days after the Milestone Closing Event (the "Milestone Closing Date") at the offices of Cool▇▇ ▇▇▇ward LLP ("Cool▇▇ ▇▇▇ward"), 4365 ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇ at such time and place as SIGNAL and DPM may agree.
