Mileage Equalization. 5.1. Miles will be calculated quarterly to determine if any imbalance exists between the terminals at each end of the ESR. If such an imbalance exists, it will be addressed by adjusting pool sizes to regain balance. 5.1.1. For the purpose of calculating the mileage equalization formula, the actual miles of each subdivision will be used: 5.1.1.1. Cascade Subdivision (Coquitlam to North Bend) – 109.4 miles 1.1.2.
