Migration and Migration Services Sample Clauses

The 'Migration and Migration Services' clause defines the responsibilities and procedures for transferring data, systems, or services from one environment or provider to another. It typically outlines the scope of migration activities, the roles of each party, timelines, and any support or resources to be provided during the transition. For example, it may specify how customer data will be securely moved to a new platform or how legacy systems will be decommissioned. The core function of this clause is to ensure a smooth, secure, and clearly managed transition process, minimizing disruption and clarifying obligations during migration.
