Common use of Middle School Level Clause in Contracts

Middle School Level. a. All middle school teachers, as defined in A.2 above, shall have a teaching load not to exceed thirty instructional periods over five (5) days. However, teachers may be assigned no more than four (4) consecutive instructional periods in a b. All middle school teachers shall have a daily duty assignment not to exceed one (1) period. c. All middle school teachers as defined in A.2. above shall have one (1) preparation period and one (1) team meeting period per day. A team meeting period shall include, but not be limited to, discussion of student performance and needs team planning, parent conferencing, cross-curricular planning, staff conferencing and student conferencing.
