Common use of Midday Routes Clause in Contracts

Midday Routes. a. Drivers for midday routes are carried over from the previous year. Interested drivers may sign up for a midday route when a midday route becomes available. b. Midday drivers are required to work two hours every day and will receive two hours of pay. c. Sick days and personal days cannot be used for midday routes. Midday drivers who do not drive their midday route, will not receive payment for that day. d. Two hours of holiday pay will be given to current midday drivers (as of 6/2/17) who are eligible for holiday pay for that day. e. Midday drivers are not eligible for shuttles or field trips.
