Common use of Microsoft Products Clause in Contracts

Microsoft Products. 14.1 The Customer acknowledges and agrees that: (a) the provision of Microsoft Products is subject to the Microsoft Terms; (b) it shall be bound by the Microsoft Terms on signing the Order; (c) the Microsoft Terms are subject to change from time to time and that notwithstanding such changes the Customer agrees to comply at all times with the Microsoft Terms. 14.2 In the event of any conflict between this Agreement and the Microsoft Terms the Parties agree that the Microsoft Terms shall prevail.
