MIB Approval. The Consent of MIB in respect of the change in the composition of the Board and the shareholding pattern of the Company pursuant to this Agreement and the other Transaction Documents and the renewal of the uplinking and downlinking license for each of the MAA Channels shall have been obtained in a form satisfactory to the Purchasers and shall remain in full force and effect.
