Common use of Method of handling Clause in Contracts

Method of handling. a. The Disputes Committee handles the appeal in writing on the basis of the underlying documentation. b. If, on the basis of the underlying documentation, the Disputes Committee fails to reach a decision for the time being, whether on account of a lack of sufficiently relevant information or because the committee deems further investigation by an expert necessary, the committee will notify the parties thereof.
