Common use of Method of Giving Consent Clause in Contracts

Method of Giving Consent. Any consent or action of a Member or Members may be effected by a written consent given by the consenting Members at or prior to the doing of the act or thing for which the consent is solicited, or by the affirmative vote by the consenting Members to the doing of the act or thing for which the consent is solicited at any meeting called and held to consider the doing of such act or thing. A written consent of the Members shall be sufficient to approve of the matters and take the actions set forth therein if signed by Members holding sufficient Units and authority to take the action set forth therein in accordance with this Agreement.
