Common use of Metering and Remote Monitoring Clause in Contracts

Metering and Remote Monitoring. 1.7.1 The Interconnection Customer shall be responsible for the Public Utility's reasonable and necessary cost for the purchase, installation, operation, testing, repair, and replacement of special metering and data acquisition equipment specified in Attachments 2 and 3 to this Interconnection Agreement, pursuant to R746-312-11(1). The Interconnection Customer's metering (and data acquisition, as required) equipment shall conform to applicable industry rules and Operating Requirements. The Public Utility will install, maintain, and operate the metering equipment. The Parties must mutually grant unrestricted access to such equipment as may be necessary for the purpose of conducting routine business.
