The UDC shall, at the request of the CAISO and upon reasonable notice, provide access to its facilities necessary to permit the CAISO or a CAISO- approved meter inspector to perform such testing as necessary in accordance with Section 4.4.6 of the CAISO Tariff and the procedures set forth in Schedule 14.
