Meter Installation Applications. If the Licensee requests SW to fit a meter, SW will carry out a survey to establish if a meter can be fitted and what costs, if any, are involved, and will then report the outcome to the Licensee. SW will do this within eight Business Days of receiving the request, and if it fails to do so, it will pay the Licensee £20.
