Merchant will comply with all laws, rules and regulations, including but not limited to laws and regulations regarding anti-money laundering compliance and Office of Foreign Asset Control compliance, in completing Charges, submitting them to Bank, performing its obligations under this Agreement, and otherwise conducting its business.
