Common use of Merchant Statement Clause in Contracts

Merchant Statement. Once per month, MAS shall provide Merchant with a statement (the “Merchant Statement”). All information appearing on the Merchant Statement shall be deemed accurate and affirmed by Merchant unless Merchant objects by written notice specifying the particular item in dispute within 30 days of the date of the Merchant Statement. MAS shall not have any responsibility or liability for Transaction-related errors or omissions that are brought to its attention after the stated thirty-day period.
