Merchant Processing. As soon as practicable after the Effective Date ------------------- BAMSI shall enter into agreements or make other mutually acceptable arrangements with the Bank pursuant to which the Bank will provide those banking services which are necessary for BAMSI to provide the Merchant Processing Services and which the parties wish the Bank to provide.
