Mentor Training Sample Clauses

The Mentor Training clause establishes the requirement for mentors to undergo specific training before engaging in their mentoring duties. This clause typically outlines the type of training required, such as orientation sessions, skill development workshops, or compliance modules, and may specify when and how often the training must be completed. By mandating such preparation, the clause ensures that mentors are adequately equipped to support mentees effectively and consistently, thereby promoting a high standard of guidance and reducing the risk of misunderstandings or inadequate mentorship.
