Mentor Pay. Effective with the 2006 - 2007 SY, a Mental Health employee appointed to serve as a mentor to a Mental Health employee new to the District will be paid five hundred dollars ($500.00) provided the Mental Health employee has completed the District course on mentoring. Mental Health employees who have not completed the District course on mentoring will be paid three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00). These payments will be made in June in a lump sum and will cover all additional responsibilities connected with the activity of a mentor.

Mentor Pay. An SSP employee appointed to serve as an in-building mentor to an SSP employee who may be new to the building and/or District will be paid five hundred dollars ($500.00) provided the SSP employee has completed the District course on mentoring. SSP employees who have not completed the District course on mentoring will be paid three hundred fifty dollars ($350.00). These payments will be made in June in a lump sum and will cover all additional responsibilities connected with the activity of an in-building mentor.
Mentor Pay. Effective October 1, 2018, employees assigned Mentor responsibilities by the Employer shall receive one dollar ($1.00) per hour in addition to the contract rate of pay.
Mentor Pay. Employees serving as mentors during or after the normal day shall be compensated at the Additional Professional Duty rate for time served, as verified by accurate records up to a maximum of forty (40) hours. Mentor assignments shall be one mentor to one new teacher per year.

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Lower Salary Range Maximum 1. If the employee meets the skills and abilities requirements of the position and chooses to remain in the reallocated position, the employee retains existing appointment status and has the right to be placed on the Employer’s internal layoff list for the classification occupied prior to the reallocation.

  • Coverage F – Medical Payments To Others We will pay the necessary medical expenses that are incurred or medically ascertained within three years from the date of an accident causing "bodily injury". Medical expenses means reasonable charges for medical, surgical, x-ray, dental, ambulance, hospital, professional nursing, prosthetic devices and funeral services. This coverage does not apply to you or regular residents of your household except "residence employees". As to others, this coverage applies only:

  • Reallocation to a Class with a Higher Salary Range Maximum Upon appointment to the higher class, the employee’s base salary will be increased to a step of the range for the new class that is nearest to five percent (5.0%) higher than the amount of the pre-promotional step, or to the entry step of the new range, whichever is higher.

  • Unusual Job Requirements of Short Duration ‌ The nature of health care is such that at times it may be necessary for an employee to perform work not normally required in his/her job for the safety, health or comfort of a client or resident. It is understood that an employee shall not be expected to perform a task for which he/she is not adequately trained.

  • Payment of the balance Within sixty days of completion of the tasks referred to in each order or specific contract, the Contractor shall submit to the Agency a formal request for payment accompanied by those of the following documents, which are provided for in the Special Conditions: ⮚ a final technical report in accordance with the instructions laid down in Annex I; ⮚ the relevant invoices indicating the reference number of the Contract and of the order or specific contract to which they refer;

  • Unobligated and Unearned Funds and Allowable Costs In accordance with Section 215.971, Florida Statutes, the Grantee shall refund to the State of Florida any balance of unobligated funds which has been advanced or paid to the Grantee. In addition, funds paid in excess of the amount to which the recipient is entitled under the terms and conditions of the agreement must be refunded to the state agency. Further, the recipient may expend funds only for allowable costs resulting from obligations incurred during the specified agreement period. Expenditures of state financial assistance must be in compliance with the laws, rules, and regulations applicable to expenditures of State funds, including, but not limited to, the Reference Guide for State Expenditures.

  • Leave Balances The President and Vice-President will accrue vacation and sick leave during the period of absence; however, when the President and Vice−President return to state service their leave balances will not exceed their leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. If the President or Vice-President retire or separate from state service at the end of the period of absence, their leave balances will not exceed their leave balances on the date the period of absence commenced. Reporting of leave will be submitted to the College. All leave requests will be submitted within the required time limits.
